THE IDEA

WCSTS is an extension of WooCommerce by introducing a system that can handle support ticket. Through WCSTS, you can manage by three ticket types:

1. Order tickets are related to order issues
2. User ticket: transferred for issues of users
3. The Pay-per-Ticket System: For additional information, read the paragraph that is related to it.

Tickets for User and Order can be requested directly by the customer via the frontend page. Shop administrators can manage tickets through the special backend page. The plugin also allows messages via email, text-based notifications along with a host of other options to customize your system to suit the requirements of the shop administrator!

After activation the plugin will automatically add an

Select any order). Within this area, you can make new tickets and request support specific to that order, go through the replies from the administrator on tickets submitted previously and then submit new tickets.

Additionally, the user is able to add one or more files. After a ticket has been submitted to the admin and customer, both admin may be sent an email with a confirmation (notification system and attachments as defaults are not enabled. Set them up via an Options menu).

The order ticket system may be totally disabled, or disabled in only the ordering status. Go to the plugin

Note:

The guest customer is able to access the purchase ticket through the Thank You Page. The new email notification for tickets provide a link to the order page via the shortcode order_page_url.
